If anybody is contemplating using Clearwater Pools East Rand to install a new pool PLEASE think twice. Steven promises you the world and that he will be on site at all times from the time they start. The workmanship is TERRIBLE and I cannot stress this enough and they have to re-do and re-do over and over and then it is still not the way you want it. Finally when you can fill the pool with water the marbelite is so rough they must come and sand it to make it smooth and the paving sinks that is supposed to be compacted and craks all over the place. Do not pay them anything until you are satisfied if you have signed a contract, and do not just sign with the promise of they will fill the details in cause the size of pool changes when you complain. A DISGUSTING AND UN-PROFESSIONAL COMPANY that is supposed to be associated with Penguin Pools.
