<p>Hello Peter</p> <p>Please note that I booked an accommodation with Ocean Letting for the 3rd and 4th June. We initially booked to stay at Manaba Breeze 3, however on Thursday the 2nd only when I phoned to confirm the booking, I was told that the accommodation was broken into. However Tamarin from Ocean Letting organised another accommodation. Although it was short notice we still went and stayed at the second venue Graceland Sands.</p> <p>Tamarin promised to refund my deposit in 7 days, however it is now 13 days. Their old land line number is ********** 616, however when you are phone you are given an alternative number ********** 036. I managed to get hold of Tamarin this morning and she advised it will be paid, she is only promising to pay but none is forthcomong.</p> <p>Please take up this matter, her mobile number is ********** 654</p> <p>Please help, DESPERATE!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

I wrote to Heartland, twice via the internet, and only received feedback the second time.<br> <br> Received response from Heartland via e-mail on 28 July 2015, and I thanked them for the feedback. Good day Peter<br> <br> Netstar contacted me last week after three years to upgrade the tracking unit which I thought was a good option. However, I informed them that I will only stay with them if they give me a discount, and they did.<br> But on checking my statement, my monthly bill shot up from R105 to R127.75. When I enquired with the accounts department they told me that was a pro-rata for the new unit. <br> <br> If my August billing is not adjusted to R99.00, I will have no option but to go down to their offices and remove the unit as there are other more competitive suppliers in the market.<br> <br> However this was not explained to me when they renewed the contract for another three years. <br> <br> Please investigate and revert.<br> <br> Thanks and appreciated<br> <br> Roy Naicker
