I wrote a review on 24 June regarding an order I placed on 28 May. The site and store weren't and are still not available. I sent an e-mail to inquire about my order, but had no response. However, I finally received my order on 8 July.
I placed my order on 28 May, thinking it was a company in Cape Town, South Africa. I have not received anything, my e-mail has not been answered, I am unable to track my order, and their website is no longer available.
It's a pity there isn't a zero rating here. I have already reviewed Homechoice, and they replied, saying that they sent me a direct message. I am still waiting. All I want is never to be contacted by Homechoice or any of their agents ever - it's that simple! (Perhaps that is the reason why I didn't receive their direct message?)
I made the mistake of buying something from Homechoice once. Since then I have been receiving phone calls from Homechoice (agents), trying to interest me in their business. I do not wish to receive any calls from them. I keep on blocking numbers, but they use different numbers. I sent an e-mail to complaints, and they sent me a form to complete. I DO NOT WANT TO COMPLETE A FORM. I WANT THEM TO DELETE MY INFORMATION
