Excellent, efficient and professional service received every step of the way. That kind of service is always appreciated but should also be lauded.
Purchased items online. Offered and accepted a delivery date and time. Received confirmation that order being processed, with delivery date and time specified. Delivery date and time came and went. Spoke with Sihle 12/02 who was going to follow up with the courier. No feedback received. Sent an email which has the coward's covid backlog automated response. Spoke with Brandon 13/02, a 10 minute call which I ended as nothing was happening. Then spoke with a young man called Edward who processed my cancellation for me and confirmed same via email. Pathetic woolworths. And I raise this as I have seen others complain about your poor online service.
Ordered an item end September but only realised over the weekend that the incorrect USB cable was delivered with the item. Contacted customer service and within 2 days of acknowledging my email Andile Mncube had the correct cable delivered to me.
