I have both bought and sold my property with Miltons as the conveyancers, and each experience was smooth. I was kept up to date throughout the whole process and any queries were promptly dealt with. I would definitely recommend them.

In February 2024 I purchased a property, and Milton’s Matsemela were the conveyancing attorneys nominated to handle the transfer. As conveyancers, I expected the transfer process and all compliance documentation to be managed accurately and with proper attention to detail. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. Multiple compliance certificates were issued with incorrect address details, including either the wrong street name or the wrong street number. These errors appeared on several key documents, including the plumbing COC, gas certificate, occupational health and safety documentation, and the electrical test reports. For a conveyancing firm handling a property transfer, issuing multiple compliance certificates with incorrect property details is not a minor administrative mistake — it creates serious delays, undermines confidence in the documentation, and places the burden on the buyer to identify and correct errors that should never have been present in the first place. I raised these issues and requested corrected certificates. However, the process of obtaining corrected documentation took an unacceptably long time and required repeated follow-ups from my side. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Milton’s Matsemela. If you are involved in a transfer where they are the nominated conveyancers, I strongly advise checking every document immediately and verifying the street name and number on every certificate before accepting anything as final.

A Special Acknowledgement to Lana Groenewald our Academic Facilitator, Lana, thank you for demonstrating exceptional professionalism and pedagogical excellence throughout this learning journey. Your dedication, patience with us, and consistent commitment to academic support have significantly contributed to my personal development and our office team at Tyson Properties Helderberg. You possess a rare ability to simplify complex concepts, making challenging content accessible and achievable for all learners. Your approach also reflected not only a deep understanding of the industry, but also a genuine investment in the academic progress of each student to excel in the Real estate field. The past six months have been remarkably enriching under your guidance. Your structured teaching, the use of practical examples, attentive listening tools , and supportive teaching environment have empowered our class to grow, understand, and truly become learned. As the Tyson group, we are deeply thankful for the knowledge, skills, and confidence you have helped us build with the theory you invested in us. We sincerely hope that you will continue sharing your expertise with future genz and they will undoubtedly benefit from your passion, your commitment to excellence, and the inspirational standards you uphold. Please read if you dont want to be disappointed!! This is by far the most unprofessional organization to exist. They are not transparent and only disclose sensitive information if you ask for it, they will never call you and expect clients to reach out to them. Sold my house for R959 000 and my bond cancelation figures were not sent to me or discussed with me and neither was their fees. The day my house registers on another person's name I get a bill of over R6400 and walk away with around R18 000 from the sale of my home. They dont disclose figures and dont allow you to make an informed life decision and you walk away indebt and less i formed. I would have never sold my home if I had any idea that this what I would get paid out. Robert the director is rude, extremely disrespectful, they attack your character and will deny any requests that you have made for clarity.

Very professional. You are always informed on progress. Any queries I had were quickly responded to. Even the in-person signing of documents were arranged to our convenience for location and time. The whole team contributed to a good experience.

That Nadia lady is the worst. I would like to meet her in person. After the purchase of my first property I was left broke and disappointed. The registration was 2 months after the initial date That was set where I had to B&B hop at a cost! After waiting for a month for an Electrical contractor to come for an inspection and draw up a COC, Miltons matselela's Melanie sent me an Electrical COC for the property which was forged because I called the contractor on the COC and He was not aware of the property in question. I am now sitting in my newly acquired home with an Electrical fault. This Nadia thing blatantly told me that their mandate was only for registration and Transfer and they will not assist me.
