<p>I have been charged for the club membership every month. The last couple of months I have not received my sms to pick up my instore magazine. I have phoned the various club and customer service numbers from the Canal Walk shop with the assistance from a lady behind the counter. We phoned 3 different numbers and no one could help me. I have confirmed my details multiple times over the phone, but yet i am not getting a sms. I have even written on the Edgars website, and no response. The stores refuse to give me the magazine without the sms, and I don’t have it, as it is not being send to me.</p> <p>How long must I pay for this service that I am getting no response on?</p>

Dear Clientele, <br> <br> Thank you for denying me cover because my BMI is to high. After asking the call centre person today, what my BMI must be to qualify for cover he said he does not know. Everything gets worked out by the computer.<br> Why does Clientele life not put in their ads, please note if you are to BIG, we will not cover you. Loose weight fat person. Lets see how many happy clients you get then.<br>
