So yesterday my wife went into Harold and D'arcy in blue route mall around 4pm to have a battery in my watch replaced and was promptly told by the staf member on duty that she cannot be assisted as she is busy cashing up or she is going to cash up now,bearing in mind the mall only closes at 5pm.My wife then told her that she will lbe paying with her debit card so no cash needed,but still no joy from this staff member,I find this so bad from a brand that is supposed to pride itself on good service,all they had to to was replace a battery ,a process that takes less then 15 min.Now I am a wris****ch person and own several watches ,but yesterday for me was terrible to have that kinbd of attitude like my business doesnt mean anything to you .I had planned on making a few purchases at your store but now will forever be a advocate of your pathetic service.
