7 WEEKS FOR A SMALL REFUND. The customer service is SHOCKING - there is ZERO systems in place and only one consultant Asiphe Radebe making 1000 excuses why corporate "need time" to process a refund. NO refund being paid for over 7 weeks. It is like speaking into the wind - no care in the world to customers. Each online experience with MRP (whether it be Sport, Home or otherwise) with returns is the stuff of nightmares!!! No date in sight for the refund. If I do not follow up, they will just take the money and never pay anyone back
FNB & DIGITAL PLANET MISREPRESENTATION!!!! FNB sells devices online, from which I purchased a APPLE WATCH. I was on the lookout for a apple watch for my daughter from which she can phone us and we can view her location. This APPLE WATCH is listed as an APPLE WATCH with GPS and a CELLPHONE package. The watch arrived quickly (good service), but from here it went downhill. The watch was unable to setup for my daughter. I phoned in multiple times to various numbers with the complaint that I cannot setup the cellular function. NOBODY was able to help me and kept referring me to another person. NOBODY told me that it is NOT a cellular watch at all!!!! I attempted multiple chats with the chatbot, they could not help and said I must phone in. The phones do not work and even today they put the phone down in my ear. The person at Digital Planet - Karabo Motase - is not helpful at all. I asked to cancel the transaction and return the watch. She does not even reply to that request. This is a scheme to misrepresent the phones and disguise them as a CELLULAR watch, which it is not. It is ******** and an ******** practice. Even now, I do not know who to cancel the transaction. In a maze of unhelpful and obstructive people! I am hoping this will get someone with authority to actually process my request for a refund!
Waldo Ostreline and this company receive a payment of R120,750 from our public school and has not shown up to do the work. Refusing to answer calls, emails or whatsapp and disappeared witht the money. I see he now operates under SPORTSCONSTRUCT. Be careful and do not work with them!
Threatens you, goes on to charge to legal fees and interest and whatever they can and even trying to blacklist companies WITHOUT the necessary judgment. They know they wont get a judgment and thus goes over to ******ion for money. This is a scheme to get money from law obiding companies and people.
Horrific, they send invoices and market to LITERALLY anyone in a company. If an employee signs it (even without a mandate of any kind), they immediately pursue legal action. Never in my life has this happened. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS and let your employees know that is a scheme to effectively ***** money in a "legal" way by selling some kind of service or listing that nobody needs.
Absolute scammer and incredibly rude once you are on to them. They demanded FULL payment after we paid a deposit. Then we enquired about the delivery a couple of weeks later only to hear they would deliver the next day. Well, they never delivered except to send an email that we must now suddenly pay for RFI insurance which is laughably 98% refundable. They do not except own insurance nor own collection. KS Trans Logistics by the name of Bernard Serame clearly is the same person and arrogance as Mr Ivan Pillay and Keshin or Keshni Pillay are clearly seasoned thieves and scammers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Sudden when we requested a refund they are 'only the middleman'.
