We bought 2 Groupon vouchers for 4 people for Heavens Spa in Randpark Ridge. We have been trying to contact the spa for over a week in order to make a reservation but they have not gotten back to us. The vouchers expire at the end of March and we purchased them at the end of February. We eventually got the owner on the phone yesterday and she was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She gave us two options and one was for June! When we told her that the vouchers expire she said too bad we must cancel! How can someone own and run a service and be so incredibly rude!? Totally unacceptable!!!! I would never recommend this spa to anyone!!!!
