I app**** for a home loan re-advance, and had to follow up multiple times with the home loan agent and re-explain the need. Eventually I got an insulting offer with an interest rate that is much higher than the current home loan - even with an excellent credit rating and history. Questioning this just resulted in a "sorry, we cannot do better". I will be taking my business elsewhere after the current loan period ends.
I bought a top of the range Samsung 980 Pro M2 NVME SSD less than a year ago, and it failed a month ago. The issue was due to faulty firmware on the drive (https://www.pcgamer.com/an-error-in-samsungs-980-pro-firmware-is-causing-ssds-to-die-id-check-your-drive-right-now-tbh/), and it went into a read-only state. Now I am not able to destroy the sensitive data on the drive before returning it for a warranty replacement, and I will not send a drive with my data on it - especially if the fault is not mine. I chatted to Samsung and they don't take my concern seriously. So the only option is to move to a different brand. I have lost complete confidence in the Samsung brand, their ability to fix their mistakes and make good with their customers.

Promises of 55-day free interest, but I've been incorrectly charged interest for the last three months - even though I pay off any outstanding amount at the end of every month. I have phoned the call center twice to complain about this, and nothing gets done about it. They just continue charging interest when they shouldn't.
