It is disgraceful that Volpe is abusing its marketing practices by continually spamming people and totally ignoring the opt out requests sent. Trying to get hold of them by calling their head office is just a total waste of time as they don’t answer their calls (made 10 calls today alone), if you are lucky enough to actually get through to reception you then get transferred to an extension where nobody bothers to answer! Calling customer services is also a waste of time because nobody answers and when you want to leave a message you can’t do that either because their mailbox is full. I refuse to support any organisation that acts so *********ly, and encourage others to do the same. Shame on you Volpe!
In February this year I employed the services of Da Costa Waterproofing Projects to fix a leak in my roof which was seeping through one of the down lights inside my house. After Chris Da Costa did a thorough inspection, I was told that he could resolve the problem and that he would give me a three year gaurentee that the roof would not leak again, naturally this would come at a cost of around R12,000 which he was immediately paid for.<br> <br> Here is the kicker....the day after he completed the project, yes folks the very next day we had our first rain storm and guess what...the roof still leaked!!!
