PART 1 ..................First complaint - after paying my family's medical aid via transfer every month for 2 years, Bonitas just debited me in December, this was after receiving their confirmation of receipt of my payment for my payment made 5 days prior. They were not given instruction, nor permission to debit my account - contacted them. advised be call centre staff no 1 that they have the banking details, and will process a refund - no refund processed Received a mail requesting proof of banking details, and ID. - sent No feedback
Double barrel here - One phenomenal gentleman (Ronald) who assisted me and got my claim resolved within 3 days. He kept me updated, and guided me as the company service was sold. Thank you Ronald - you should be in a company who has more pride in what they do as you have. Then there is the shockingly, disappointed side where there is no feedback, left messages, sent 7 e-mails. Then get told I cant hold for a consultant because she is too busy for me to hold, and in the same conversation, I get told to read my policy, and questioned as to what and why I am logging a claim. There were 3 aspects to my claim, one has been resolved, the major one will be resolved today I am advised, and then there is the 3rd part of the claim where the information shared when selling this company to me, are not correct. I have out and about for 1 reason, and have been told I am not covered for the unit I am claiming for. If approached by King Price, think very, very carefully. The grass is not greener on the other side, its the amount of **** they put on it to look good. Totally disgusted with the service on the smallest claim imaginable.

Right, Vodacom, over debited me with 4 times my agreed contract amount, via debit order, on the 25th April. Which as we all know, gets debited, and paid to Vodacom immediately. Since then, I have called their customer service centre, (9 times) who by the way, can never put me through to the same consultant as they apparently dont have names. I have been given the run around with stories of crediting my Vodacom account, to the funds will be transferred and reflect immediately, back to the money is in your Vodacom account, and again back to it will be in my account within 24 hours. At the same time of being told, it will be in within 24 hours, I was told a 'Manager' would call me on Saturday explaining why the transfer has not been done. (talk about more pre-empted lies from another Vodacom "well trained in apologies, lie) Vodacom's over debit on my account, resulted in my life insurance policy being unpaid, which means my life, is not covered. Now is Vodacom going to pay-out to my son God forbid something happens to me, or are they just going to brush it under the table. Its now 4 days to payday, Vodacom, have still not refunded the money into my account, and another debit order is due to go off, as well as another life insurance policy amongst various other debit orders.
