Snap'nSave, same excuses given to everyone all the time. Tiffany Lindeque, Mark Bradshaw, and the rest of your team. Months and months of waiting for you to pay out a lousy R100. The longest I've waited was SEVEN MONTHS. Now again im on MONTH THREE!! This is not acceptable. Your excuses are pre-prepared for the different complaints and are always the same. " so sorry" , "please be patient". I'll give you my 2 cents. If you keep R100 from 10 thousand people, you've got like a million bucks. That's not even including the interest you receive. Someone seriously needs to legally edit your business and it's finances. All your photos on your Facebooks shows how elaborately you travel all over. Coincidence? Your promise is to pay in 2 week. This never happens. Read Hello Peter reviews, you are rated below bad. But you know what, sadly some people still believe in your promises. All they're doing is actually funding your lifestyles, and then, when you've got enough, you might pay us *****s out! "SnapnSave processes cash-out payments in cycles from Thursday to Wednesday, with EFT payments processed the following Friday. You should allow up to two working days for the money to reflect in your bank account after processing. If you don't receive your EFT by the following Wednesday, you should contact SNAPnSAVE for assistance." I'll even give you a month to pay, but that won't happen. I personally think you are bloodsuckers! And sadly, we're the idiots for believing in a promise. I've said before, you have a really nice idea here, but you only saw $$$$$ and are lacking the compassion of the people who use and trust your app. Stop with your excuses. Pay the monies that are due, and I'm dame sure you'll still be able to go globe trotting. Stop being SO greedy!! You made sn app for the people! Now do what you promised!! Sadly I will copy and paste my review and post it as far and wide as I can. My wish would really be to get all your followers to stand together and to let your air-bubble fall to the ground and backfire on you! Doesn't it bother you? Do the right thing!!
Really bad. There's always an excuse not to pay out, or an edit, or something else. I wish someone would audit THEM. MINE IS A SIMPLE R100. Each time I wai and wait ant wait. If all the people here are complaining about just R100, and snapnsave keep the total for 8 months, they make a killing in interest. I've said it before, its a great app buy the owners need to work on a better pay-out system. Luckily I only request when I have about 106 saved, then I take the R100 and cash in. This is not the first time I've complained and it won't be the last. Up your adnin ream Snap
Same story as the rest of you. I'm lost in their system. Auditing. 6 months and counting. You can't get hold of a CEO to email. Just like everything else in this world.... follow the money. You'll find the CEO in his lush home, while I'm spending all my data emailing every week, for a lousy R100. But you know what, that R100 mattered to me. I have kept all correspondence!
