Purchased voucher on Hyperli for 2 x photo books and placed my order in Feb 2018. i have called many times but was just given excuses that they were at capacity and would get to it. now i cannot get a hold of anyone there and Print 24 is not helpful either. it is disgusting that businesses can just steal our money and get away with it.
Dear Telkom, i have ordered, online, the March Madness deal. Mi-fi with 5G at R99.00 per month. was told that i would receive a call within 24 hours. that was on THURSDAY, 03/03/2016. i called the call center on Friday and was told that the call will be escalated and i would receive a call. it is now MONDAY 07/03/2016 and i have not received a call. i have called 4 times only to be told that i am at the wrong department. then i get through to the correct department only to hold on for 20 mins!! if this is the way you treat prospective clients then what is the service like with your current clients??????
