Amici at the Blyde was first delayed with our order which now delayed our Spa treatment . Then to find out I had been charged R100 extra when I tapped my card to pay . Bear in mind my phone was not with me as it was dead . I then called the manager ( Madison ) and we both confirmed that this is really what had happened . I did take it as a mistake that happened by their staff . Unfortunatley they have not rectified it and are making it seem as if it is my fault . I do have all the proof from messages .No good customer service experienced at all . Its not that much about the R100 ,its about customer service and business ethics which they lack.
