******* UPGRADES DONE ON INACTIVE NUMBERS - THEN THEY BILL YOU R1300 EXTRA EVERY MONTH.
VODACOM outsourced a sales team to do upgrades. They RE-ACTIVATED the number 27607998144 – which HAS BEEN CANCELLED 7 YEARS AGO. I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING TO CANCEL THIS NUMBER. They have all the recordings that i did not want to upgrade nor use this number. ****MERS! They then make you find out which company upgrade it. THIS NUMBER MUST BE CANCELLED. This must be refunded in full. CANCEL THIS NUMBER IMMEDATELY. THE UPGRADE WAS *******. I DID NOT WANT AN UPGRADE. Dont believe the person phoning from Vodacom re hello peter either . They just try to make as if they are fixing the problem. I see many reviews about the same thing.

Beware of upgrade telephone calls
Beware of the telephone calls to upgrade. Vodacom harrassed me and told me I have no choice but to choose a new package. They forced me to choose a device. Then they also RE-ACTIVATED a device (mobile modem) from 7 years ago and are no charging me R1300 extra. I drove to head office and spoke to Judy Chetty. She made me sort it out with THEIR SUPPLIERS, this is an out-sourced company that does the upgrades. My contract with Vodacom. Vodacom takes no responsibility. Still not resolved for 3 months.

The Best Service !
Plumbingways provide THE BEST service. After weeks of battling with Builders wh, they installed our washing machine in the utmost professional manner and the team were absolute gentlemen and the lady in the office is highly professional and efficient. They had to come back again as the machine stopped working. They booked a call very quickly and followed up with us all the way. Excellent Service, Highly Recommended!.

Terrible Service and Installation
Order Number: 2018673223 Good day, I ordered a washing machine online which only arrived 3 weeks after I made numberous phone calls to try and track the delivery. In the end i went to builders Helderberg and FORCED the manager to resolve this and deliver my machine which they could not find on the system! Very badly managed. My machine was installed by `GLOVE services online with builders`. Now the machine is completely dead after 3 Months. Who can check this?
