Bought robot vacuum from Bodacom it worked 3 hours and then had a right wheel failure. Been waiting 6 week for my out of box failure to be approved by who knows who but whoever it is your service and products are pathetic!!!!
Of all the terrible customer experiences shared this store is the worst of the worst!!!! Bought a @xiiomi robot vacuum it worked 3 hours and then had a right wheel error , returned to store and wax told it’s an out of box failure . 6 weeks later despite many promises I’m still waiting for approval from HO to receive my replacement. Never seen so many people ducking and diving never answer their phones. When in the shop receive more promises and nothing !!!!!
@arthurkaplanjewellers I handed in a pair of earrings on 6 January for repairs which were DEFECTIVE Despite all my mails, in store visits to your Eastgate branch , 4 months later I have had zero response from you and I am unable to reach anybody at your “head office”. Your lack of service is beyond shocking. Your jewellery is sub standard to say the least . How can your ”luxury” jewellery last less than two months. ? Worst of all is your complete lack of communication !!! Be warned when buying anything from Arthur Kaplan Jewellers you will have no recourse after your purchase.
Worst service ever!!!!i received 3 faulty refurbished decorders from them in a row, and when I said I dont want another one as I want to cancel my DSTV subscription and never have to go thru the hell of dealing with this agency again, I was told they dont do refunds, I must try DSTV in Randburg!!! well needless to say thats a day in my life i will never get back as they queue was out the door, only to be told i need to get the refund from the agency that accepted my money ???????
After selling me a laptop "with" Office and then finding out 30 days later that it was only a trial version, I have phoned for the last 90 days since the trial expired, only to get thru to a different person every time!!!! Once the person that answers hears its regarding a complaint they conveniently change their name to something else!!! and the person that you want to speak to is never available. Just went back onto their original website which was called The laptop shop and now it has been changed to just laptop shop!!! All their numbers have disappeared off the website as well. According to CIPC the registered owner is SUCCEED MUSONZA , but nobody knows him ????. This is a Scam do not buy from this company .
Bought a Lenovo laptop in January 2021, which was sold with windows and Office. In the middle of February the Office expired and I contacted them, promised to get back to me the next day, then after a week, promised to call back, fast forward 3 weeks later, they now dont answer my whatsapps or my calls. !!!!! I
I went to a walk in centre to swop my explora2 decoder as it had a fatal hardware error. As i dont have insurance i paid R600 for refurbished decoder. It worked 1 day and had the same fatal hardware error. Back to Hi-Lite Audio and was told they dont have anymore stock, I should phone everyday to check for stock and if they do have stock i shoulld jump in my car immediately as they cant keep stock!!!!!, Noting that i actually have a full time job !!!!! Without calling a week later i popped into the store to ask for a refund, as i didnt a) want to deal with the walk in centre, and b) i dont have the time to keep travelling 40kms return trip. I was then told they have a Explora2 in stock and I cant get a refund ??? I took the other refurbished decoder, went home plugged it in it worked for 30 minutes, reset itself and has been loading for 36 hours !!!! called the walk in centre and was told I must get the refund from DSTV as the R600 gets paid over to them directly, called DSTV, sent 3 mails and have been told that i must get the refund from the Hi-Lite Audio, who refuses to give a refund.
Bought a TV 3 weeks ago since then been trying to contact them for delivery . Calls no answer - live chat - no answer , emails support ticket but no response. Looked at reviews on their FB page and it’s seems Ian one of many many customers that have been SCAMMED !!!!
#zara Bought a ladies and men’s shirt , still got original price tags on ( can’t find slip) wanted to exchange both items ( not refund ) exchange but Zara policy that they won’t exchange any item without a slip !!! I’ll never support this chain again !!! Tried calling Sandton store 10 times using all 3 options without call even being answered. Ripped off of R1500 of goods that I can’t use and they don’t care !!!!
I received a damaged parcel 2 weeks ago. I immediately sent a mail (as there is no contact number for one day only!) and received a automated mail stating that they will attend to my complaint. 1 week later i received a mail to apologize for the delay (due to covid-19) and that my complaint will be attended to shortly. Yesterday i received a mail stating that they have investigated and my parcel has been delivered !!!!!!!!! Not once did I question if my parcel had been delivered, I am asking for a refund for my damaged parcel and delivery instructions on how to return my parcel!!! The service is absolutely shocking......................Easy to buy on One day only.....................but dont try and get a refund. I sent another mail yesterday asking for attendance to my complaint only to receive another automated reply.
