AWESOME OUTsurance Client Care Service
I truly appreciate how understanding OUTsurance is with customers. They truly meet you where you are and never make you feel bad about it! All the Client Care Staff I have ever dealt with have been absolutely Superb! They truly go the extra mile. Grateful to be INsured with OUTsurance

The customer care consultant, Zondi Zondi was fast, efficient, thorough and friendly. He helped me stumble over all hurdles to get the best premium outcome. He even asked ne to hang up and called me bacj, so I wouldn't have to hold on with my airtime. An absolute pleasure to deal with. Simply Awesome!!!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE FOOD EXPERIENCE
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE FOOD EXPERIENCE. Our first visit to Hyto Tyto was horrible. 3x Sloppy, doughy, stodgy and greasy margharita pizzas and 3x chicken strips that were off! Management was hardly apologetic. We even had to double check our bill and still found 1x chicken strips itemised. In addition to this, our waitron was serving 3 different areasbof the restaurant and was mostly nowhere to be seen. It looked likebthere were only 5 waitrons working...on the 27th of December, during school holidays! The only saving grace was the kids had a ball on the playgrounds.

OUTSURANCE TRULY HAS AWESOME SERVICE
Clearly the best Insurance Service and Claims experience I have ever had! Their offers and promises are not just a marketing gimmick. Every consultant lives and breathes (you hear it in their voices and their can-do attitude) the brand values and promise. Alwats happy yo help AND go the extra mile. And even when they try yo sell you more civer, it doesn't feel like a hustle! 👌 The best move I ever made, 4 years ago!
