Bad service from Elsa Kruger attorneys
I was very dissapointed with the service. I used Elsa ruger as my conveyancing attorney when buying my property. I was asked if I want to make use of Hassle Free 's services for the electricity connection. As it cost R1000 I declined. I also did not fill out the form to give them permission. They inored thius and Hassle Free was given the assignment. When I queried it I was told that it was on the statement send to the other lawyers. I paid Elsa Kruger a fee to do the work. It is not my job to check that the work is done correctly. I am now refused a reimbur*****t eventhough the fault is on their side. They can not show me the form where I gave permission.

Bad service from Elda Kruger Attorneys
I will never recommend Elsa Kruger. She handled my transfer. I was sent a form to give hassle free permission to open my water and lights account. I did not sign the form. Elsa ignored this and gave Hassle Free permission. This cost me R1000. When questioned I was told that it was on the account to the other lawyers and I should have checked. Elsa did not work for free - I paid a fee. Thus I don't feel that it is necessary that I check that she does her job correctly. She now refuses to reimburse me - to me that is *****ing. Stay away from Elsa Kruger attorneys

very bad service
I have canceled their contract because they could not provide me with internet for 2 weeks when I moved my internet from one property to another. The reason for this was that they had to verify my account. I have been with level 7 for 5 years. I fail to see why they had to verify my account. I explained to them that I could not be without internet for 2 weeks. They were not prepared to accomodate me. Thus I canceled They also expected me to pay a full month for 2 weeks of internet. That is called *****ing. Worst company ever.

Pathetic service decfurn
I bought a couch from them in February 2020. When I went to fetch the couch in September I was told by Braam they first have to clear it. Braam then let me know that the couch has been cleared. When I went to fetch it I was told that I have already done so. Braam told me he head an eyewitness. He could neither produce the eyewitness name nor show me where I signed for the couch. Nothing leaves the store room without the buyers signature.

incorrect billing
the levy account for lorelei villas 11 is still incorrect. even though i have send a summary Monique refuses to look at it. I WAS ONLY TOLD THAT A PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE. BUT THE AMOUNT IS INCORECT!She refuses to fix the account
