On the 8th of December we booked in at Marlborough Durban hotel, it was stated that we have to pay money for damages and will receive the money back five days after checking out of which it did not happen as said on the 19th of Dec I called in and requested for my refund they said I need to email my banking details and they will process after 5 days,,and still I didn't get my refund, on the 27th of December I called in again and still they wanted my banking details and this time around I was told I need to text them of which I did but still I did not get my refund, and today on the 3rd of Jan I called their landline they did not answer so I called the cell phone number the lady did not answer but after some few minutes she then text me asking how much is my refund now I did not even tell her the reason y I called but she just went straight to the point I then answered her after that she started saying if I do not mark my words when I talk to her she will not process my claim, what kind of service do they give and why is it a hustle for them to refund me the money when the check out date was the 10th of December and still today am trying to get the refund that was supposed to be deposited into my account five days after checking out. Am I suppose to beg them to get my money back?
