Waiting since December
I've been waiting since December. Absolutely terrible service. The business owner doesn't care. Lies after lies. Do not take a chance with these guys. They have no office address so you have no way of getting a hold of them.

Horrendous Service
Terrible service. Do not engage with these guys. I've been waiting for over a month. Lots of excuses and lies. They are poor communicators, they don't pick up or respond to messages

Deposit Refund Not In Almost a Month Later
<p>I hired a car from Thrifty Car Rentals which I returned on the 30th of December. Only on the 18th did someone contact me to say they needed my banking details. I sent them immediately. On Monday 23 January, I called following up and I was promised a call back. This call did not happen. On Tuesday morning I called again and I was promised a call 20 minutes later and it did not happen. This is almost a month later. The service is horrendeous. I will not use their services again nor will I recommend anyone to use them.</p>
