I have reached out to Outsurance to inform them that I cannot afford the new premium of R7 800 for two cars, one of them costing 6 000. This is more than I pay for the installment. The last person I spoke to did not take me seriously. But what surprised me is that he admitted that I was paying R800 more than I should be paying, which means I am really being ******. I have contacted other service providers, and they put the same package I have with Outsurance at around R2 000. Why should I pay three times more? I need them to contact me. If they feel there is nothing they can do, I would like to cancel this policy.
This past Tuesday (14/04), I went to the Wimpy Arbour crossing to grab something to eat. I was seriously hungry. The person working the area where I was gave me the menu and totally ignored me. There were only two tables occupied, I became the third one so I cannot even make an assumption that she was busy. She went to the other two tables to ask if all was good and pretended like I was not even there. After thirty-five minutes, I left to find food somewhere else where ALL customers are valued. I am new in the area so it was a first time for me going there, and certainly the very last time. I hate being treated like dirt. I think they need to write on a notice board somewhere the type of customers accepted in their restaurant so that the rest of us do not even bother.
I have been trying to call Outsurance but I have to wait for a long time for someone to pick up. Before I cancel everything, I would like to talk to someone about my policy, see if there could be some kind of a negotiation.
This is not a complaint. I just need Outsurance to contact me. I need to update a few details regarding my car. Thanks.
I received an email from SBSA money market. It is a no-reply address, otherwise I would have rep**** directly to them. It must have been a long time since I took this account because I don't remember a single thing about it. I don't even understand if they are saying I have R588 in this account or that I owe the bank 588 rand. I am not saying there is something fishy that my bank did. I love my bank. I am happy with their service. I just need them to cancel this account with immediate effect.
I was looking for the contact details for Rain but all I got was a space where people share their experiences regarding Rain. Otherwise, I would have contacted Rain directly since this is not a complaint. I just wanted to contact them and inform them that I would like to cancel my membership with immediate effect. Early October 2025, I went to Bonitas offices at Unisa main campus, Pretoria, to notify them that I was cancelling my membership, effective from 31 December 2025. They promised follow cancellation processes and assured me that all is well. In December, they deducted more than R3 854 extra from my salary. At the time I did not know if it was cancellation fee or something. A few days later, I received a message from Bonitas acknowledging my change of option. I was really baffled as I was very clear when explaining that I was cancelling the policy, not changing options. Please cancel my membership and pay back my money that you deducted from my December salary ASAP.
Today I received a WhatsApp message from Rain telling me they ae not able to make the monthly R819.00 deduction. I am not sure what to make of this. My bank and account number are still exactly the same. If they think this is a joke, I am not laughing. I work from home most of the time. I do not want to wake up one day and find that I have no wi-fi because of Rain's incompetence. Earlier this week, they told me I can make an early payment. Now I realise they had no intention of doing their job. Please deduct the money and stop playing games.
I am trying to get hold of Standard bank credit card division in vain. I went to a standard bank branch and they gave me this number: 086 120 1000. The problem with this number is that it just drops my calls and is indicated as Post office. Someone from Standard bank credit card please contact me.
I wrote to Scorpion to cancel my policy. I gave them my ID number because I could not find the account number. They responded and told me they are not able to locate my information using my ID number. They told me I should send them a whatsapp message and provide my policy number. That is a first for me. All companies easily find client information using ID numbers. So, Scorpion, stop playing games and cancel that policy. My ID number opens all the information you have regarding my policy.
