Awesome service
Awesome experience. One of the items in my order was out of stock. I opted to take a credit coupon to use on my next order, as I had my eye on a couple of more items for the next month. Great communication.

Excellent Customer Service
I had a problem financially, and had to cancel my policy for a couple of months. On trying to re-instate my policy, I e-mailed five different consultants /e-mail addresses, and finally received a telephone call from Natasha De Freitas, who sorted out my issues within 10 minutes. An asset to the company. Thank you for your friendly, quick assistance
