Perifence-company from Hell.
Accepted a quote from this company which was a verified contractor on Snupit.Paid R3200 deposit to have new bath fitted in flat.Removed old bath & left it with rubble blocking tenants door.3 months later & dozens of messages,excuses,lies,promises & bs they still dont fit the bath.Tenant in despair has given notice. Very dishonest,unreputable company.Do not go near them.

Perifence dishonest contractor
We accepted a quote from Perifence in January 2023 for a bathroom repair.They were a verified contractor on Snupit so we thought they would be legit.After paying a deposit of R3200 they just gave us the run around for months on end ,never answered their phone and never did the work or returned the deposit. Dont use them they are just *****s.

Don't Go There .
Is it not possible to give quarter of a star because that is all Terence & Damien Von Molendorff deserve. Badly damaged flats TVM was supposed to manage, constant lies about non existent leases & inspections, refusing to return keys, rarely answers calls, statements that are gibberish, refusing to return numerous tenants deposits for months on end. Total embarrassment to himself, his family and estate agents in general.
