RAN OFF WITH MY DEPOSIT (R30 000)
If this guy has scammed you, you need to report him to Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority so that they might reimburse you, alternatively open a case of theft at the police station so that they can find him to answer, he took a deposit of R30 000 of my flat when I gave him business to manage it, he is just a stupid person and I don't think he is okay upstairs

Useless or a Crook, I'm still undecided
We have a new leader in the worst property agent I have ever dealt with. Hard to believe they are still in business. You have a better chance of getting a response from your dead grandma than from Terence von Molendorff. At this point he owes me money, and I am seriously considering opening a case of theft against him if he doesn't pay the money over very soon.

Don't Go There .
Is it not possible to give quarter of a star because that is all Terence & Damien Von Molendorff deserve. Badly damaged flats TVM was supposed to manage, constant lies about non existent leases & inspections, refusing to return keys, rarely answers calls, statements that are gibberish, refusing to return numerous tenants deposits for months on end. Total embarrassment to himself, his family and estate agents in general.

I am so disappointed at TVM property group in CPT , I have since moved out in Feb 2021 & to date I still haven’t received my deposit. The principal agent, Terence Von Molendorff is not answering my calls or emails. He is just no where to be found on the face this earth, he is a scammer & be careful.

Don't trust TVM to sell a property to you and employee him as a managing agent. He will not deliver and he cannot be trusted. He has stolen all the money from our Complex and has disappeared.
