I am very happy with LPA, we get to travel each and every year any where we want to. No worries about paying for the booking because we already paid it in advance. Support and customer care always available to assist with anything to make the process smooth and enjoyable.
I placed an order today and forget to change delivery address but I checked in the instructions on how to change the delivery address after placing an order, I followed the instructions and called the driver as soon the order was assigned to him address explained everything to him but to my supposed he continued to the wrong address and changed the status of my order as delivered without the pin l, UBEREATS doesn't have customer service at all I tried the chat box with no solution they just ignored me in the middle of the conversation
Great service by Titus from ABSA Car insurance for resolving my claim which was very complicated, he made sure that he updates me everyday even after hours thank you, unfortunately I had to sell my car but I will consider ABSA car and contents insurance in th future

I paid up my account but still ITC not updated, it shows that I owe them the balance I already paid a more than a month ago, no settlement letter or confirmation from they VVM attorneys, I want nothing to do with CellC at the moment. Consultant by the name Ntombi was very rude to me on the phone today at around 15:20 pm from collections department even dropped the phone on me, I have been trying to cancel the contract with Cell C till this day they can not cancel the contract even when I told them I will pay the cancellation fee but still am receiving calls from their consultants and have to explain all over again, I dont know how many consultants I spoke to
If this guy has scammed you, you need to report him to Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority so that they might reimburse you, alternatively open a case of theft at the police station so that they can find him to answer, he took a deposit of R30 000 of my flat when I gave him business to manage it, he is just a stupid person and I don't think he is okay upstairs
I paid a deposit of R5000 and I didnt get the car I wanted, I requested for my deposit back and I was sent a refund form to complete and send back with proof of banking and Proof of payment, I did complete and sent the form and required documents on the 18th January, I then did a follow up twice with no luck till today, I made a phone call today which were dropped twice until they took my number for a callback which never happened. After reading some of the reviews here I realize I will not get my money within the 7 days on their T's n C's. I never had this issue with SMD before.

I made phone calls to the bank in Fraud department and spoke to Sibusiso and he told me to make an affidavit at the police station then they will open my bank account but a month later my account is not opened and they confirmed the receipts of the affidavits.</p> <p>I escalated the matter ********** on the 24 April 2017 and got the ref number: ********** 725 but there was no feedback or what so ever on the matter even today, I have sent 4 follow up emails already but no feedback.</p> <p>All I need to know is how far with the investigation even if you did not reactivate my account and keep the funds</p>
