They made a stuff up with my labels and I had to go their office at my expense to get them reprinted. I requested a refund for my transport and they said they would pay into my account. 4 weeks later they haven't paid. I then requested some other info from them via email and they haven't responded. Absolutely shocking service.
I sent an email to yoco last week and Wendy C personality called me and swoped out my Khumo for the Neo within 2 days. But I wasnt happy with the Neo and requested a swop back to the Khumo and Wendy C didn't hesitate to swop it back. It will be delivered tomorrow. Excellent service to Wendy C.
