I am extremely disappointed with Tusk Signs—their staff, management, and especially the owner's attitude. Despite sending my design to three different staff members, all of them failed to execute it correctly, resulting in branding errors. When I followed up to have their mistake corrected, they instructed my client to return the vehicle for rebranding on Friday. Shockingly, even though the error was entirely theirs, they still charged my client an additional R450. To make matters worse, they repeated the same mistake, once again sending the vehicle off with missing branding. We are still waiting for a refund, yet the owner claims he is "too busy" to make things right. I personally visited their premises to resolve the issue, yet the manager remained on a phone call instead of assisting me. It was clear that her phone was more important than addressing a frustrated customer. Hoping for accountability, I then reached out to the owner, only to be met with complete indifference and an unprofessional attitude. His dismissive and rude response made it clear that customer satisfaction and his company’s reputation mean nothing to him. While they eventually sent the missing branding, the entire experience was unacceptable. If Tusk Signs continues to operate with such negligence—failing to take responsibility for their mistakes and disregarding basic customer service—it’s only a matter of time before they lose the trust of their clients.

They made a stuff up with my labels and I had to go their office at my expense to get them reprinted. I requested a refund for my transport and they said they would pay into my account. 4 weeks later they haven't paid. I then requested some other info from them via email and they haven't responded. Absolutely shocking service.

Appalling and disgusting service from TUSK SIGNS. Zero customer service levels.Rude and abrupt communication via email. My installation was to be done today at 08h00 as stated on email,when queried this morning after 10h00,I was told no time was given to me and the installation will take place when they are ready. I then spoke to the owner's wife Yvette,who was just as rude and said to me that she believes her staff as the staff (Leanne) said she did not commit to any time.She also replied that there is nothing she can do and she is sorry i feel this way and that I must now wait till after 15h00 and with a snooty way saying "bye bye". I must also add that the services rendered was paid for in full,so much in full that I am now even in credit.There has been no apology from the company but rather very unprofessional behaviour from the staff and the owners wife Yvette.I have now lost sales due to the delay from Tusk Signs who takes no responsibility for their actions and refuses to assist. Tusk Signs only go ahead with services when payment is done,however once payment is done they fail to deliver. DISGUSTING,UNPROFESSIONAL AND APPALLING SERVICES!!!!!!!

On the 14TH of August 2015 I ordered Overalls from Tusk Signs for JLE Landscapers with some other produces as well and I was very impressed because your staff was very helpful and the designs looked stunning.<br> <br> However I ordered some overalls for my staff that are all a size 32. When I received it I realized it was very small. But I'm talking super small. The overalls is definitely not adult sizes but kiddies sizes. <br> <br> I have send a few email to them without a response accept for them saying they will pay for the embroidery I should pay for the new size overalls. This is unfair as I looked up the sized on the internet and also have bought previously at another company. I did spend almost R6000 at this business and was looking forward to ordering all my products from them but really, I cannot afford to lose all that money due to a factory error.
