My wife purchased a second hand car from a salesman by the name of Dylan, we asked upon viewing the car if it had ever been in an accident, only to be told no as they don't sell cars that have been in an accident, so we went through with the sale. After having quite a few problems with the car over the past year and having to fit the bill in the end to get it fixed, we decided to purchase a new car and sell the other car privately, we have now been told by multiple dealers that the car was in an accident where they have physically shown us on the website the 2 accident reports. Everybody now refuses to buy the car from us due to this issue causing financial stress. One of the managers Ron, at Barons denies that they ever saw an accident report on the car and is not taking any responsibility for the false information that was shared with us by the sales person. This is unacceptable, their after service experience is really disappointing and not very helpful. They just wanted to sell the car before the end of the financial year without caring any further about the client that buys the car.
