I had a mattress and two adjustables delivered on the 14th of December, the delivery guys didn't rest the adjustable as there was no twin plug, it's a newly built house, not yet furnished and we hadn't moved in. on Sunday the 17th, we tested the adjustables and found that one was not working,the other one worked. We tested the wall plug, remote batteries and took out the battery from the adjustable that worked and used it on the other adjustable and it still did not work. I then contacted vencasa design quarter to inform them of this. Unfortunately we had a break in on Tuesday the 19th and the cable from the adjustable that was already not working was cut by the ******s, and now vencasa wants to charge us to fix the motor for the adjustable? the cable was not cut from the motor, it was cut in the middle. I don't understand how they can say we need to pay without having looked at the motor in the first place. We can pay for a cable to be replaced but not for the motor to be fixed when it never worked.
I contacted DUT Accounting and Informatics Department needing my academic records so I could register at another institution for a post graduate course. The first two ladies that assisted me (Deborah Ann Small and Nitasha Singh Sakichand) were very helpful and responded timeously. They then referred me to Simlindele who was meant to provide me with my statement of results , It took at least 3 days before she responded, and this was after i sent a second message to her. I paid the printing fee and it has been another 2 days with no feedback. I no longer require my results and hope i can get my refund.
I requested for a refund and i was told my refund was processed on the 2nd of July and it would take 7 to 14 days for the funds to reflect in my account. Today is the 30th and 20 business days later and i still don't have my refund. I have asked for proof of payment and I have not received that as well. Case CAS-253556-S0W8B8
I ordered from Simply Asia via Mr delivery, order was accepted at 18:36, to be delivered to us by 19:43, it's 20:10 and we have not received our order because apparently there was a delay, which we only found about after I called Mr Delivery. Totally unacceptable, according to Analisa from Mr Delivery, Simply asia was supposed to alert Mr Delivery that they were experiencing delays, so they can in turn alert us. 'm hungry and ****ed off.
I bought some items on line on the 2nd of March, that I needed to use on the 7th of March. On Thursday the 5th I was told my order will be delivered on Friday, on Friday I called to find out where my order was and was told I would receive it before end of business. I did not receive the order, I called the courier company Saturday morning to find out when they will be delivering and they told me it would only be delivered on Monday, I no longer need this delivery, I had to go to makro in riversands to buy the items so I need the order canceled and my money back.
We bought braai meat yesterday at the roots in cosmo city, the voerewors had a terrible smell after braaing accompanied by an equally terrifying taste, I assume since we bought it right after opening yesterday morning (07.03.2020) and we were the first customers, that it was perhaps meat left over from the previous day and it had gone off.
I've been trying to cancel my package with aeonova from the 31st of December, I first tried calling 064 553 4868, no response. Then i tried 087 135 1154 still no response. Initially, I wanted to call to tell them i'm moving places and wanted them to activate fibre at my new place, however the non response reminded me of how they never responded to my queries until I log a complaint and decided to cancel altogether. Management/Admin with the company is really terrible
I order shoes from Zara that were scheduled to be delivered between the 4th and 9th of December. on The 4th I got a call from Thabo Kgwete saying they were by my gate to deliver, 2 minutes later he called to say that they had actually forgotten my parcel behid and they would deliver it again either later that Wednesday or the following morning, they never delivered and I keep getting messages that they attempted to call me when that is not true. Yesterday (9 December) I got notification that my order has been delivered. This is not true, i am still waiting for my order.
I made a call on Tuesday to upgrade my line from 5mbs to 10,i spoke to Steven who asked me to email him tlmy details and the line would be upgraded within 24 hours, it's Saturday now and it still has not been upgraded and no communication at all. It ****ed me off that I have to log a hello Peter request every time before I get any assistance. This was a simple task.
I took in my TV on Monday due to the fact it just switched off, I was informed that the technician found pests inside the power box and parts are no longer available to fix it since the model is no longer available (it's no longer available perhaps because the TV is almost 5 years old, which would explain it not working I guess), but no I'm told it is because of the pests, but here is a thing, the house was fumigated earlier this year for ants, and those are the only pests I had, but even then, they were never anywhere near the TV. But fine, let's say the ants are the reason the TV stopped working after 5 years, they are saying the insurance won't cover the replacement of the TV, I want absa I direct to show me in my policy where it says they do not cover me for damages if insects are found inside the TV.
