LawnPro very bad service
Absolutely disgusting service!!! Paid up front and they NEVER pitched to do the work. They make appointments, don't keep me informed that they cannot make it and when I follow up, they just postpone to another date when they again, DO NOT SHOW UP!!!! For such a prominent company it is hard to believe that they do this. I am bitterly disappointed in Lawnpro. Never make use of their services!!!!

Netstar is useless
Netstar is absolutely useless. All calls are dropped, they never arrive for the fitment appointment, they cannot change an old physical address and cannot supply me with any answers. Useless!!

Incorrect programming of new security system
I chose JSB security to install a security system in my new house. He advertised on a facebook group at the time and he was well referenced, albeit by his family. His quote was fair and I accepted. When the installation ran into the THIRD week, I started putting pressure on him to finish. He didn't know how to program the alarm system and tried to do it by phone to his brother Harry. He vanished after he finally sorted out the sim card. Soon afterwards the alarm started going off every 3 seconds which I was unable to stop. I phoned Joseph who could not come out to disconnect the alarm and he promised to send 'one of his boys'. This person turned out to be an ex colleague and told me the programming was all wrong and one 'eye' was programmed to be a panic button. He disconnected my alarm for free for which I am grateful for. Joseph insists the alarm is in working condition and on pressure from his ex boss to finish the job, he never pitched.
