SANTAM IS NOT WHO THEY CLAIM TO BE...
SOMETIMES LAST YEAR APRIL WE HAD A BAD STORM THAT LASTED ABOUT 6 DAYS I PUT IN A CLAIM FOR SOIL EROSION, DAMAGED BOUNDARY WALL AND A DAMAGED POOL CAUSED BY THE FALLING BOUNDARY WALL THEY PAID OUT IMMIDIATELY FOR THE WALL ONLY IGNORING THE PAVINGS, POOL DAMAGE i MANAGED TO GET THEM TO PAY OUT FOR THE POOL AND THEY DID, TOOK ME A WHOLE YEAR FOR A FIBRE GLASS POOL WHICH WAS A ******* AS IT SHOULD BE FOR A GRANITE POOL. SOMEWHERE IN THE FOUNDATION HAS COLLAPSED DUE TO SOIL EROSION AND THEY IGNORED IT COMPLETELY STATING BUILDING SETTLEMENT WHICH IS TOTAL NONSENSE. ITS ONLY A MATTER OF TIME WHEN WE GET ANOTHER SEVERE STORM IM SURE MY PROPERTY WILL BE ON THE ROAD OR COMPLETELY COLLAPSED JUST A MATTER OF TIME. IN JULY LAST YEAR WE HAD A SMALL TREMOR WITH A RESULT A WALL COLLAPSED AND NEW CRACKS WERE FORMED WHICH WAS ALSO DISCOUNTED. AND A SINKHOLE APPEARED ON THE RIGHT SIDE PASSAGE OF THE PROPERTY WHICH I HAD TO COVER UP AT MY OWN EXPENSES AS SANTAM WAS NOT INTERESTED IN THE FACTS OF WHAT WAS REALLY HAPPENING TO THE PROPERTY. ITS JUST A MATTER OF TIME WHEN WE ARE ONCE AGAIN HIT WITH A SEVERE STORM. THEN ITS TOO LATE AS I HAVE NO INSURANCE ON MY PROPERTY AND SINCE SANTAM KNOWS THE TRUTH THEY DO NOT WANT TO REINSTATE MY POLICY CLAIMING ME TO BE A HIGH RISK.... AS IF I CONTROL THE WEATHER.

beware of courier guy in shelly beach
be careful of certain branches of courier guy especially the one in shelly beach branch if the parcel to be delivered as one they split the parcels into more than one does makings 100 percent more turn over on the same parcel... this is deceitful crookery they did this to me twice in succession

santam assessors and on board Santam contractors work hand in hand to make client look like they making false claims
This my third time im speaking againsts Santam insurance seems as though is not on the company itself but by the assessors deceit and lies namely claudine and ludwig I have pictures of all the damages caused directly by the storm in april 2022 and the slight tremor in around june 2022. to date ive still not received any news from the review board but just seems to be given the run around for the past nine months in regard to my claims Last night I have instructed my broker to cancel my policy as im now fed up with santams procrastination in resolving my claim pity hello peter dont have facility to upload photos as I have a lot of pics to prove my case

poor after sales services on repairs
very sad that builders warehouse is under the same umbrella as of game discount world as they do not give the services like game discount world maintains. I bought an item at games and the floor ,manager was messing around so i complaint to games discount and was sorted out accordingly as well asgot the floor manager for abusing and throwing me out of the office. Now a similar situation has happened at builders warehouse but thank goodness the staff were more civilised to me. my story is as follows... i bought a sewage pup that was on sale was at a bargain price, it gave up after a few months so returned it for repairs on 25 11 2022 acknowledgement of receipt of goods no 122690 they demanded either they repair the machine or replace one that is similar to the one i bought. today I went into the door and now i hear that the pump is misplaced and im waiting for the outcome of the results im writing to you because of the poor services received as to the delay in getting me my pump back. .

watch out for courier they have no ethics
I have had three bad experiences with courier guy in the past three years 1st experience in 2018 for a parcel from cape town they charged me for three parcels 2nd experience in 2021 they damaged my car part valued at 2000 and didnt pay me for the damages 3rf and final time today eco timbers send me a parcel from durban to port shepstone and again they split the parcels into three pieces therefore the bill is now times 3 time has come to change my courier services

santam is not who they say they are
had soil erosion in april storm and then a slight tremor in around 29 june and once again santam assessors were incompetent seems like they are working hand in hand with theirs panel of contractors whom are incompetent like the assessors see following letter to my broker ........ Dear sir I wish to bring to your attention over a series of damages that took place first in april over the severe storm and then the slight tremor on the 29th june In the storm in april my back boundary wall has fallen into the pool and was paid diligently but she ignored the the other severe damages to the pool by falling blocks into and onto the pool. as well as the new cracks that appeared after all the soil eroded after five days of torrential non stop rain. my kitchen door was damaged severely and not mentioned in the payout as well as all the sunken paving due to soil erosion that took place and thus the shifting of the property. I complained to hello peter and next thing things started to happen but was conned by ludwe with a settlement of 20000 for fallen walls as well as another sunken pavings also not forgetting new cracks on a new wall that was added for the tile roof. everything was ignored when the property shifted the tiles on the floor of inside the house was also crack upon removing to my horror i find that not only my walls cracked but also the floor. I HAVE SHOWED U PICS OF ALL THE DAMAGES AS I DISCOVERED THEM. I MUST ADD THAT THE ASSESSORS WERE NOT DILIGENT IN THEIRS DUTIES AS WELL AS MY INITIAL CLAIM WAS IN APRIL AND ITS NOW NOVEMBER. IM NOW BECOMING ANXIOUS AS WELL AS FRUSTRATED AT THE WAY THEY ARE TREATING AN OLD PENSIONER ON HIS CLAIM. be careful who u buy a property from
kw of port edward are not professonal estate agents theirs subordinates are shysters the agent justin working in cahoots with the seller and crooked attorney hid all the latent defects of the house and got the house transferred without any c o c certificates and in a mattter of 10 days and to boot they forged our signatures on a document stating that this was a sale of private entity
