This company advertised 18000BTU Samsung unit. We paid upfront. Once the unit was installed we were told it will eventually get cold. It never did. I phoned Darren and he said someone would come and check. Nobody arrived. The next day a guy arrived and had to remov the unit as it was faulty. I was assured that by the end of the day I would have a unit. 10 days later and many legal threats, a unit was finally installed. This time no remote was left and the air con still didn't get cool. Again after many legal threats, eventually a unit was installed. This time a 9000BTU. I have repeatedly asked for an invoice and the warranty to prove that our unit is a 18000BTU as he insists. I am still waiting and kept getting told it is coming. All labels have been removed off the external casing.
