Good day My name is neresha pillay
Good day My name is neresha pillay . I got a quote from a person by the name of Donny who owns DC electrical. He installs geysers etc . I gave him an amount of R4900.00 to put my mum's geyser and he didn't go do it . When asked to return the money, he agreed . To date he keeps saying.g he will but dont . This is not ethical business practice. She is a senior citizen who collects only a pension . It is concerning that there was other cases hereof . Thus I felt the need to see whichever way to handle this **** company or *****ster. His telephone number is 063 349 3634

The bussiness is DC Electrical. Had to fit 8 solar panels and inverter,****le and 2 batteries. Ran away with the money and only provided 6 panels, 1× battery and an inverter. No ****le provided and only 6 panels. Promised he will come back but never did.

The bussiness is DC Electrical. Had to fit 8 solar panels and inverter,****le and 2 batteries. Ran away with the money and only provided 6 panels, 1× battery and an inverter. No ****le provided and only 6 panels. Promised he will come back but never did.

Beware of this aircon installer - DC electrical
DC electrical installed 3x samsung aircons in Feb 2015 for which they were paid. A week later 1 of the 3 units stopped cooling. I was told there was a gas leak and the gas needs to be topped up on all 3 , I agreed to have them refilled & paid for that also. 2 weeks later the same unit stopped cooling again. I called the owner Darren who had promised to come and looks at the unit. in the interim a second unit had stopped working. After months of persisting he finally arrived at the end of September to look at the units and advised the compressor was faulty. he then made arrangements to remove the 18000 btu on the 3 October, this included collecting the remote & user manuals. I was then told samsung have changed the compressor and he has the unit with him and he will install it shortly. After not hearing from him i began following up and was beginning to get the run around, the today-tomorrow story. He has since stopped taking my calls and responding to SMS's or whattsapp messages. i will be pursuing legal action against him. Please think twice before using this service provider and always have a written contract with any supplier who is not an established brand.

Beware of this aircon installer - DC electrical
DC electrical installed 3x samsung aircons in Feb 2015 for which they were paid. A week later 1 of the 3 units stopped cooling. Fraud
This company advertised 18000BTU Samsung unit. We paid upfront. Once the unit was installed we were told it will eventually get cold. It never did. I phoned Darren and he said someone would come and check. Nobody arrived. The next day a guy arrived and had to remov the unit as it was faulty. I was assured that by the end of the day I would have a unit. 10 days later and many legal threats, a unit was finally installed. This time no remote was left and the air con still didn't get cool. Again after many legal threats, eventually a unit was installed. This time a 9000BTU. I have repeatedly asked for an invoice and the warranty to prove that our unit is a 18000BTU as he insists. I am still waiting and kept getting told it is coming. All labels have been removed off the external casing.
