Pathetic OPMED

OPMED's Help Desk or Call Centre is utterly ***********. My calls over the past two weeks have gone unanswered, and I have a call log to prove it. Emails sent to opmed@ssa.gov.za have also been ignored. "Pathetic" doesn’t even begin to describe this service; it’s much worse than that.
