Lack of Communication
I have been paying Nedbank Credit Card since December 2016 under an arrangement. In March 2017 Jay Mothibi Attorneys issued a Summons against me which was then sorted as I called the Attorneys who said they would contact Nedbank to confirm the arrangement. I then received a Warrant of Execution against my furniture by the Sheriff of the Court on a Saturday 18th November 2017 with the Attorneys name on the Warrant. I phoned Jay Mothibi on Monday 20th November 2017 and they say they would not issue a Warrant as I have an arrangement with Nedbank Legal Department on which I have never defaulted and yet I had the Warrant in front of me. Why was this loop between Mothibi and the Sheriff of the Court never dealt with. It is despicable that there has been such a delay in communication.

SCAMMED BY GARTH HUMAN OF GMH
My sister visiting from NZ purchased a voucher for Salon Treatments to the value of R200. When phoning for an appointment the Salon will not honour this voucher as GMH Marketing was selling expired vouchers and pocketing the money. What a bad impression for an overseas visitor. Upon phoning Garth Human there was no answer. This puts marketing people in a bad light and we will never purchase anything like this again and the salon mismanaged their vouchers so I will never attend that salon unless they come up with an alternative and honour the voucher and hound GMH Marketing for a refund.<br>
