We bought a voucher from Garth at GMH Marketing for 3 treatments at Salon Sanri. Upon contacting the salon to redeem the voucher they advised that they cannot assist at the moment as there is a dispute between them and Garth from GMH Marketing. We contacted Garth and he advised that he was not aware of any issues and would contact them and urged us to contact the Salon again.

The Salon is now refusing to honour the voucher and claim not to have been paid from Garth and therefore will not honour the voucher.

They are clearly scamming innocent people for their own gain.

Dear Valued customer. As per our previous correspondence. Salon Sanri and Harmony skin care entered into a agreement with GMH marketing to sell limited vouchers within a limited time period and cut of date. These vouchers were purily for marketing and branding purposes. Recently we have been notified that the vouchers are being sold outside of the limited period and some with no expiry date. This unfortunately does not carry our consent or approval and cannot be honoured. Salon Sanri and Harmony skin care cannot be kept liable or refund any services or in-salon treatments advertised by GMH marketing. WE HAVE NOT received any monies for vouchers paid, these monies were received by GMH marketing for their apparent services delivered. We however regret that our brand is being unlawfully used and would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you as a valued or new customer. Salon Sanri and Harmony Skin Care have opened a case with police and is currently under investigation. Please accept our apologisies as we were unaware of the situation. We assure our current, long standing and new clientele that we will continue our excellent and quality service that you are

My sister visiting from NZ purchased a voucher for Salon Treatments to the value of R200. When phoning for an appointment the Salon will not honour this voucher as GMH Marketing was selling expired vouchers and pocketing the money. What a bad impression for an overseas visitor. Upon phoning Garth Human there was no answer. This puts marketing people in a bad light and we will never purchase anything like this again and the salon mismanaged their vouchers so I will never attend that salon unless they come up with an alternative and honour the voucher and hound GMH Marketing for a refund.
Approached by tall blonde Garth Human outside PNP at Clearwater Shopping centre endorsed by the workers at Best Biltong to buy a voucher for 3 great salon treatments for two from Harmony Skin Care at R300. Conveniently advised to draw out the money he wanted from PNP only to discover that I had bought an invalid voucher from a supposed fired representative from GMH posing as the owner, Garth, for a promotion that was stopped months ago. Called the salon, turns out they were taken for a ride too - no money was paid over to them and all the angry scammed clients like me came running to them with complaints. Total scam artists, stay away from them and report them to management at the shopping centres if you see them!

I bought a voucher to use at Salon Sanri at 13 Veronica Street, Constantia Kloof.
The voucher has the Salon's operating hours as Mon to Fri 8 to 6 and Sat 8 to 4, and the conditions on the back of the voucher state - This card is Valid from Monday to Saturday.
When I phoned the booking number at the marketing house for my booking I was informed that they aren't using the vouchers for Saturdays and to contact the person that sold me the voucher.
I contacted Garth and he advised me to contact the Salon directly who then informed me that it was a printing error and were not prepared to honour the voucher and to get a refund from Garth
Garth of course immediately went with no refunds - but as they have broken the terms of the voucher - they should refund
