It's a ****. It's been a year after payment with nothing to show for it but hours wasted at the SAPS and my bank.
Standard Bank Insurance advertising proudly boasts of 24hour claim resolution. It has been more than a month of begging and pleading for some form of communication (response). So much for being a "Prestige Client". In 20 years i have submitted ONE claim. Time to change it up...find myself a bank that's not all about fake status labels and false promises.
