Good experience
Went there on a Saturday during peak hours. I got immediate, friendly and competent service. Can't comment in the qualify to their products. Stock availability is less than ideal, but we made a plan and I went home with what I needed.

Problem-free online purchase
Others reported difficulties returning stuff against cash, and I can see that this could be a problem. I made use of their on-line shopping offer. I order a branded product, and received exactly what I ordered within a few days. The on-line shipping experience was flawless, and I am happy with the goods received.

I recognise his behaviour as described by the other 1-star reviewers. But I still rate Dr Omar 5-star
I am seeing Dr Yunoos Omar since 20 years. I value his expertise and sure judgment, honed over decades of experience. I guess if you want the best, you sometimes have to make concessions. To give further evidence, for many years I saw Dr Omar at his Sandton City rooms. When Dr Omar stopped practising in Sandton, I could only see him at his Lister Building, Jeppe St rooms. I am sure readers can easily imagine that for most people from the Northern suburbs, Johannesburg downtown is a no-go area. And indeed it is wild. I nonetheless made the trip several times, as I didn't want to settle for less, or look for another dermatologist. I guess it depends on what you want. I am not saying Dr Omar is lacking empathy, I didn't perceive him as such. But I can imagine that if you want a therapy session because of some ****le, you get this somewhere else. Dr Omar will take the ****le away, no time wasted.

Bought pool equipment online and in store - all good.
Most good deals (on pool equipment) are available online only. I was initially very worried, reading the many negative reviews (mostly concerning pool *services* though). Regardless, I placed my order. Initially for a pool filter. As I needed it urgently, I opted for collection from my neighborhood Pool Team shop nearby., which in my case is the "Midrand Store" in Blue Hills Shopping Centre. I must say, everything went without a glitch, and 100% correct. I was able to collect the ordered product the same morning of placing my order (paid by credit card). Communication with headoffice via Whatsapp chat was swift and functional. Same can be said about telephonic enquiries with the shop. The staff at the Midrand store were very friendly and helpful. I got good and correct advise on fitment of the filter, and accessories or fittings needed to complete the job. A week later I bought a pool pump from the Pool Team, the same way: Place order online, collect the same day. Of course I first checked with my local Pool Team shop that they indeed had stock in-store. Home delivery is also possible, but I didn't try this.
