27-01-2016 @1:55PM received a call from +27(10)1400675 - a female who did not introduce herself \merely said she is from ADT and would like me to purchase a new package available"upon my response SHE had immediately hung up the call in my face while Im still responding. Well MY immediate response to her sales prop. was NO THANK YOU! And here's why! During the previous night/early hours of the am- my residence along with multiple neighbours within a 10km radius which we now know of \""Water supply was cut off\"" Stolen by intruders (Unfortunately i cannot attach images to this report) WHERE WAS ADT when these multiple thefts were going down? Prior to this-my alarm has been set off about 7times in the last 2 years \""whether it be by accident or not\"" ADT =+-15min to call & on 3 occassions 45min+ before a security shows up at my residence? GETS WORSE? How about? Around midnight in later 2015- my driveway motor was stolen off my gate -which subsequently cut off the electricity &power supply to our residence. Me thinking its load shedding ADT merely sends an SMS in the middle of the night mind you! \""Address\"" power cut off! Needless to say I am done with ADT & will not recommend to NO1 EVER!"""
I purchased a watch at Klines Canal walk pop up store on the 24th Dec 2015 as a gift. On 14Jan16 my mother had worn this watch for the 1st time to a hospital visit - as she reached for her purse in bag the watch fell off her wrist and thus the clip had suddenly just broken off. Sat 16Jan16 I then travel to canal walk to return this item Only to be told I cannot be refunded as the manager was not in store. I then instructed the sales person to contact the manager as I was not prepared to come back at another time due to personal reasons and preference! After 30min of no luck contacting 3 different telephone numbers to reach the store/regional manager & a filthy and rotten attitude from the store staff they then reluctantly sent a whatsapp to the manager of sorts and then once again proceeded to call a number and the issue was resolved or so I thought??? NO APOLOGIES FOR THE INCONVENIENCE BUT nonetheless As I had purchased the item via debit card I had to be refunded back into my card as I left the store I asked when will I receive my refund and why do I not receive a receipt for this??? \It will be in your account immediately she said-I am still waiting for my $$ No refund received?"
