Harassment via unsolicited calls is a serious issue, and this is unacceptable. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I have never requested information from them as their business practices are highly irregular.

Terrible after-sales support. After spending R8500 on a Weber Q300 gas grill, My manifolds knob broke and I contacted Weber support to order a new one and I was put in contact with a lady called Jade Deale. Jade was very friendly, but the real issue is that Weber South Africa / Weber Stephen Products South Africa, Pty Ltd that is based in Johannesburg at 141 Hertz Close, Meadowdale, Tel: (011) 454 2369. Seemingly cannot be bothered to carry any stock. How is this possible for such a large company selling in so many stores, nationwide in south Africa? I have been waiting patiently singe mid-October - FOUTH MONTHS to be exact, and we are now 60% through summer, without any answer, let alone ETA on stock delivery. If you want to charge a premium price the where is the premium service? Jade has also stopped replying to emails so this is only creating further frustration. If I knew this I would not have bought a Weber Q series braai. Sorry guys but this is pathetic to treat a customer like this as this is my second Q series braai and never have I felt this frustrated.
