<p>Tellfree's service has always been shocking in terms of responses, but over the last 8 days, I have not been able to receive any phone calls (I can only call out) and am not able to access my telfree online profile to set up call-forwarding to my cell phone (again - as this setting seems to fail to remain permanent everytime the issue happens - which is frequently at this stage). </p> <p> </p> <p>As my business clients need to get in touch with my via this telfree phone number (it is listed as my business number), I now have to hand out my personal cell number, which is exactly what I wanted to avoid by getting a Telfree line. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have sent a number of follow up emails to Telfree and they seem to have disappeared off the face of the earth. Cannot even get into the website to login. No response what so ever. No reference number sent back with the email either. SHOCKING customer service - especially as I am not receiving the service I am paying for every month! </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
