<p>Tellfree's service has always been shocking in terms of responses, but over the last 8 days, I have not been able to receive any phone calls (I can only call out) and am not able to access my telfree online profile to set up call-forwarding to my cell phone (again - as this setting seems to fail to remain permanent everytime the issue happens - which is frequently at this stage). </p> <p> </p> <p>As my business clients need to get in touch with my via this telfree phone number (it is listed as my business number), I now have to hand out my personal cell number, which is exactly what I wanted to avoid by getting a Telfree line. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have sent a number of follow up emails to Telfree and they seem to have disappeared off the face of the earth. Cannot even get into the website to login. No response what so ever. No reference number sent back with the email either. SHOCKING customer service - especially as I am not receiving the service I am paying for every month! </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

<p>Telfree Communications seems to have dissapreard. I have one personal 087 number through them and the company I work for has x 087 numbers, all of which are dead. Their website is also down and they are not responding to emails. :-(</p>

<p>I am working for a CHARITY organisation and we have maid payment on 3 October 2016 in order to make use of cheaper calls to our clients. After I have sent proof of our payment to a staff member at Telfree, I was informed that they "can't allocate the amount to our account, as they are experiencing IT problems". </p> <p> </p> <p>I have send endless emails (needless to say that I have also NOT received "read confirmation" OR reply to my communication to 2 ladies); I have also tried contacting this company on ********** but after selecting my option provided by the "voice recorded" opperator the lines are just "DYING" on me .</p> <p> </p> <p>I actually now wonder if this company is still existing or not?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

<p>My 087 main office number goes straight to voicemail. I have been struggling to contact Telfree from yesterday, their number rings continuously. I have also emailed support, ****lang Rabana (Global Head of Research & Development) & Walter, unfortunately I had no response from them either. There is no other way of contacting this company. This is effecting my business as the 087 number is advertised on all materials. We always experienced problems with Telfree, but this issue has gone too far to an extent that the support team is not available to assist.</p> <p>Please can someone assist with this issue?</p>

<p>Workign with this company the past few days was a nightmare, our company lines has been down now going on 2 days. You phone their office and it just rings, send them a email and you get no reply then you go as far as logging a call on their online helpdesk and they still ignore you. If a 087 number could be moved to a different provider then I would have done it long time ago but now I'm stuck with them. The worst choise I've ever made</p>
