I tried to log into internet banking this morning, when the system suddenly refused to let me log in, after which I phoned customer (DONT)care and they told me to call fraud, and the lady at fraud told me I need to go into a branch. They do not pay their suppliers and when I sent an invoice, they claimed the they were not happy with the service and they got a lawyer to threaten me (like I'm afraid)
Thank You Voys who replied and resolved the issue we had before. Natalie spoke to the company CEO and ensured her a full refund for money that was deducted due to fraudulant transactions. Thank you to her and to the Voys team!
Shocking Service. We cancelled our Voys service ages ago but we were still debited. After speaking to Voys we were assured that our account has been closed but we again received an invoice for more than R 2 000. Pathetic. Shocking!! I would definitely not recommend them to anyone. Rather use any other telecoms provider.
Even though my father pased away last year and I have communicared this to them THEY STILL want his payments? I sent a copy pf his death certificate aswell, but still they ignore this. Dont EVER sign up up fpr this company services EVER. ???
I got a SMS to collect a new bank card, so I went to collect the card. I also noticed on my internet banking that there was a totally new bank account, with a minus balance. *** guys?! I am back at the bank and have been in the que forv45 minutes, and am still 6 to go. PATHETIC.

I have been strugling for almost two weeks to get Payfast to work with my online shop (I tried with AbanteCart as well as Cubecart) but I get an error when the Payfast Payment page where you select your payment method is supposed to appear. I e-mail them, and even phoned them, and the personIspoketo told me that it will be escalated, but they simply dont get back to me. I used to easily use their service for my online shop but the service has gone down the drain.
