Could someone please clarify what is happening with our connection speed 100/100 and not 100/20 As it has been since Vumatel took over…… I expect this is a breech of contract and after how many months now testing with cables into routers for bull**** reason because its clear Vumatel has capped the upload speeds and are stalling the whole process.. In addition how about refunding us the R4000 that had to be spent on mobile data whilst out connection was down for three weeks.. this has been ongoing for 4 months now!!!!
<p>The lack of service has definitely increased this year. We had experienced a lot of problems with Converged Group, from hosting, to the phones continuously going down to IP address conflicts. We recently had fibre installed. After this was in place, the phones were down, which was understandable because the VOIP had to be re-configured due to the new IP address in place. I had contacted the team who came on site to reset the system. Unfortunately after some time, the phones had stopped working again. When we contacted the technical support team, the technician advised that when they came on site to change the IP address, this was only a temporary fix and not a permanent fix. In order for them to come on site again, we will have to pay another call out fee plus cables. This is truly unacceptable, after being with this company for years, we just don’t seem to receive good customer service. We have therefore decided to cancel our services with Converged Group.</p>
<p>My 087 main office number goes straight to voicemail. I have been struggling to contact Telfree from yesterday, their number rings continuously. I have also emailed support, ****lang Rabana (Global Head of Research & Development) & Walter, unfortunately I had no response from them either. There is no other way of contacting this company. This is effecting my business as the 087 number is advertised on all materials. We always experienced problems with Telfree, but this issue has gone too far to an extent that the support team is not available to assist.</p> <p>Please can someone assist with this issue?</p>
<p>Link Africa finally came onsite today to install my FTTH which I waited for months. We are extremly disappointment as the team have burst the water pipe outside my fence. I have been trying to get a hold of the Gauteng branch for the past half an hour, their number does not work. I have then contacted their other branches in Durban, after my third try I managed to speak to someone who said that he is going to get a hold of the Gauteng branch and get back to me. </p>
<p>Having being handed over to MBD Attorney’s by the Municipality, I have been experiencing many problems. I receive numerous phone calls daily, even on weekends. I normally receive about 4/5 calls a day from different consultants. I have made an arrangement to pay a certain amount by a certain date. They are hounding me for more money. I often request for a detailed statement in order for me to settle my account, unfortunately they continue to send me an invoice instead. This legal firm lacks efficiency & professionalism.</p>
