still waiting for my refund and they no longer answers my phones.
Poor service and a cheat. I have ordered for my family more than a month ago. I have been calling them until they finally admitted for poor customer service and promised to refund me within 7 days. It is now more than 10days they have been ducking and diving. They don't also follow up with you, you keep checking tabs on them. I just need my refund.
still experiencing double billing from Vodacom despite persistent engagement with them.
I have had a headache with Vodacom for the past 5 months and I am starting to loose my patience...1st they failed to migrate my number appropriately from personal account to business account..when they finally got it under wraps, they are Billing me twice for the same number. I get billed from my personal bank account and from my business bank account...I have reported the matter and even escalated it to head office without any assistance. I am so p..ed off. I plan going the legal route..and reporting them to ombudsman...I can not deal with this..
