I have been waiting for my parcel since the 24th of Dec until now it hasn’t been delivered. Every time I check the status update is says “No one home, scheduled for the next business day” yet thy have me art called me. I’m disappointed about the service I’m receiving from Aramex, when I call the consultants are rude and not willing to assist. The last consultant I spoke she said she will give me a call back in 5 minutes with feedback on the hold of my parcel she never did. Her surname is Pillay. My tracking number is ********** 6493.
<p>Eurostainless took my money R40 000 and promised to install Staircases witin 21 days, moeny was paid on 24.03.2017 he has not done anything at all and now they say they will refund but they did not until now. The owners number is ********** 678</p>
<p>i was at Clear water mall store today one of the ladies in the store is so rude and rude is an understatement the way she treated me you would swear I wasnt a customer. on my way out i asked the guy working in the store if the manager was around he told me the manager is the lady who is busy talking to the lady who so rude and disrespectful. M disappointed on the service i received and the manager herself who looks and laughs when a staff member is mistreating a customer. please see a pic of a dirty cap they sold to me they didnt care about anything at all</p>
We checked in at Road lodge Umhlanga Durban on Friday just after 6, the following morning we went out for a walk and then when we came back we saw that the was someone in the room who took out bedding and towels obviosly it was laundry staff. And then just before 11 we checked out and again checked in for another room in the same hotel. Later on we came back and wanted to refresh and go out and had to look for something to wear, only to find out that what I was looking for is no where to be found, and also my partner had to look if all his things are there again 2 of his items are missing. We notified Reception about the matter, took us to the assistant manager who also could not help us. On Sunday morning we had to rush back to Jhb and we passed by the reception and the assistant manager to hear how are they going to resolve the matter, the was no solution. Then they gave us an email address that we should communucate with the manager, we didi so yesterday but the manager told us we have to pay out of our pockets for the Polygraph Test cs they cannot accuse their employees. Now I dont understand why should we pay whereas we the one who lost thing in their Hotel.
