I took an LTE contract specifically because I am supposed to get 30gigs og Youtube data a month. I noticed today I did not get it. Spoke to 2 agents, they refuse to give a supervisor and they insist that I must only get 10gig. The more I say that's not right, the more they argue with me. Even on my MTN app, it shows I should get a minimum promotional data of 20gig. Now I must drive out to the point of sale. What ****. DON'T TELL ME I DON'T KNOW WHAT I AM SUPPOSED TO GET ON THE PLAN AND STOP CHEATING ME OUT OF MY DATA. I HAVE SCREENSHOTS OF WHERE I GOT 30GIG OF PROMOTIONAL DATA FOR YOUTUBE. GIVE ME MY F-ING DATA!!
Sincr November last year I have neen asking Vodacom to cancel a data plan I have with them. Incompetent people have phoned me a couple of times who does not seem to understand basic English when I tell them I want the contract cancelled, it's a data plan, I don't get airtime like with a cellphone. Apparently, this is rocket science to them. Last month got an invoice, sent a mail no response. NOW I GET ANOTHER FRIGGING INVOICE. DO I HAVE TO GIVE BLOOD TO HAVE THIS ****** CONTRACT CANCELLED??? What the hell do you want from me? CANCEL THE FLIPPEN CONTRACT ALREADY YOU THIEVES!!
I bought Volkano Bluetooth earphones and I was unhappy with the product so I took it back and asked to exchange it. They didn't have a problem and I took a more expensive set of earphone and paid in the difference. I noticed when I opened the box that the earphones wasn't folded like it would be in a new unopened box, but instead of trusting my gut, I plugged it in to charge because it wasn't going on. It charged for forever, more than 2 hours and the charge light never went off. I took it off the charger and it wouldn't switch on. This product was obviously returned because it didn't work and instead of returning it to the manufacturer, the box was nicely tape up and put back on the rack. Why? To inconvenience people to come back? Now I have to find some time in my schedule to go back and exchange it. At this point I don't want to go back to Musica N1 because who knows what dysfunctional item I am going to get next? This is BS.
I bought a Stepway in August 2017. At first I was happy with them and how I was treated, however, since December I have had nothing but problems with the car. My aircon stopped working and I wanted to take the car back because it was still within the six month period. I was told it is wear and tear and besides, they can only see me two weeks in to the new year. I took the car to a mechanic. One of the fuses that wasn't working anymore had copper wire wrapped around it to make it work. How is that wear and tear? R800 spent there. In March the driving shaft and CV joint breaks. R6500 there and I was without a car for a month. I was told the steering rack needs to be replaced due to extensive damage under the car. Apparently the previous owner thought it was a 4x4. R18771 for that and now the exhaust has to been straightened. If you raise the car you can see all the damage clearly...I was not made aware of this damage before the time. My advice, avoid Driving Force Wynberg. They are super unethical and will sell you a dud and not disclose anything. Never again.
So Parow Centre Management seems to think it's okay to remove rubble and do construction work from 18:30 till after 3:30 am in the morning. Having trucks removing rubble and rubble being dumped in skips, people shouting at each other and shovels s****ing on tar. In the middle of the night, every sound is amplified. I get up at 4am. When must I sleep? I think it's inconsiderate and unprofessional to have this done at night without regard to residents around the centre.
I upgraded my phone in July. I saw a special for the Huawei for R299 a month which included 100 min, 100 sms and 2Gig. When I phoned, I specifically told the agent I want the deal with the 2 Gig data. Two months later, I checked my bank statement and to my shock and horror saw that I was paying nearly a R1000. Checked my mtn statement and saw I was being charged R459 per phone WHICH IS NOT WHAT I AGREED TO. Went to the walk in centre and was told about some 1 Gig data **** that wasn't cancelled. Which I still don't get because I never asked for and extra 1 Gig data and I never had such a deal ever. I was also told that there was a 2 Gig data special for July but it was R329, not R299. I said that's fine, I will still pay that, but not R459 per phone. A query was lodged to get the call, but it has been a week and I haven't received one email, sms or phone call to see how far this problem is. The next deduction date is almost here and if another R1000 gets deducted, I am taking further steps
I bought a car today at Driving Force in Wynberg. From the agent to the the owner to financier, I was treated amazingly. The word I want to use is generous. I spoke to Ben Jansen van Vuuren at Outsurance about car insurance. This young man was courteous and patient and informative. He made ne wonder why the heck I didn't change to Outsurance earlier. I found their rate more than reasonable. Ben was a pleasure to deal with and an excellent asset to Outsurance. I will deal with him any day of the week. Thank you Ben for your professionalism. <p> So recently I had to try and change my baby at Canal Walk. First off, the door is right by the table as well as the hand driers. So not only do you keep being knocked into, but the hand driers scares my baby senseless everytime someone uses it. He was screaming at the top of his lungs. Any new mom will be super upset I am sure, seeing the fear in their child's eyes because he feels threatened and confused and any mom will know how difficult it can be to change a baby and keep him calm at the same time.</p> <p> </p> <p>So I wrote a very, very angry mail to centre management. AND YES, I USED VERY VERY BAD LANGUAGE THAT CAN BE CONSTRUED AS ABUSIVE, but again, I was super frustrated and upset.</p> <p> </p> <p>I got a reply telling me of the TWO (WOW) private rooms for the babies. Wow really, in that massive that gets visited by hundreds of people daily, two private rooms? Amazing.</p> <p> </p> <p>So I apologised for my earlier mail and explained that I was upset in the moment. Then I got another mail fron the manager, telling ne how disgusted she was about my tone and use of language and I must refrain from it in further communication and she hopes I can enjoy on of their TWO baby rooms.</p> <p> </p> <p>Ok so my child feels threatened and scared and I am powerless to calm him down and you want to tell me how I should speak? How I should react?And not only that, I have already apologised, why are you still hampering on it? Oh of course, so you don't have to feel bad about having only two little rooms for all the moms that visit there. </p>
<p>I was at Wimpy Monte Vista today at 4:45 to order some burgers and I was turned away because the grill was clean. Note the lady was mopping at the time so she wasnt busy cleaning the grill. Three weeks ago I was at the same Wimpy at 5:30 and was turned away because the grill was just cleaned. </p> <p>So please tell me, what magical f-ing hour do I have to walk into a "24 hour" Wimpy to get some f-ing food!!!</p>
