Rybro's Castors and Wheels
The Rybro Castors website suggested that rubber wheels instead of nylon wheels would be better on my wooden office floor which has 2mm gaps in between the slats. I ordered castor wheels for my office chair, on Monday 1st Feb and Courier Guy delivered them 48 hours later, on the morning of the 3rd Feb. My chair glides across my floor and I am delighted with Rybro's online service and efficiency using the courier Guy. Thank you!

Outstanding Service from Warren Sharp
Delighted with outstanding service from Warren Sharp from Outsurance. Warren made sure I understood the entire claims procedure. The accident occurred on Tuesday afternoon 27th January. From my starting the claim process early on Wednesday 28th January, right through to me receiving my Avis car rental from Impact panelbeaters in Selby, Warren has facilitated the process very efficiently so far. I took the car to SIAS Assessment Centre at 13h50 on Wednesday 28th January. Gershwin from SIAS handled my assessment in a very efficient manner so that Warren was able to send authorization to Impact panelbeaters 2 hours after Gershwin assessed my car. (Truth be told, I also insisted on the same world class service from Gershwin and he obliged). My rental car will be ready on Friday 30th January ready just 3 days after the accident! On the recommendation of Rhonda from Impact panelbeaters, I will rather take my car to Impact on Monday 2nd February at 08h00 and drive away in my AVIS rental car.
