After asking to have my landline transferred to my new place on the 28 Aug ie on this date I was smsed to say there was a delay and I could go get a free phone - I was not told there was a fee payable to have it moved. When I went in to enquire they had cancelled the installation and I had to re apply and wait again the min of 2 weeks, then signed up for another contract at another address as my 8ta mobile does not work there, after waiting 3 weeks for landline/internet at the other address I gave up and decided to get mobile phones on unlimited lite and another contract - being told the stock would be in the next week - p8lite and samsung s6 - still waiting 3 weeks later - I havent had telkom line in any way since 28 August - I went in last Friday to complain and was told maybe I was upset because I was pregnant - yes they actually said this to me. Not because of empty promises and delays - but because I was pregnant.<br> <br> I really need to know when the phones will be available, or if I can have the sim for at least one until the phones come in. <br> <br> Also I was debited for data last month - I am still waiting for a call to tell me when it was loaded to my previous sim
My website is offline, no one can tell me when it will be up, no one can tell me when an agent will call me<br> <br> For now I am sitting paying for a site I dont have and google adds I am getting no referrals from as my site is BLANK<br> <br> All I can gather is they didnt renew my web name??? Well maybe they did but who knows they dont exactly give you answers you can understand <br> <br> Also my emails are faulty and are no longer being forwarded and my one sub email doesnt work at all. <br> <br> We are losing so much business and are told it will be sorted out but no idea when - but no one has replied regarding my emails!!!
